Requirements:
- At minimum, an Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two - year college
or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or
equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Degree in Accounting/Tax is preferred.
- Presenting experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Word, Outlook and Excel and have a working knowledge of Access. Candidate
must be able to learn new software programs.
- Travel is required.
- Seasonal long hours required.

Designs, reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding,
testing, debugging and documenting programs. Familiar with a variety of the field's
concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience, independent judgment,
instructions, and pre-established guidelines to plan and perform the functions of
the job. Works under general supervision reporting to a Product Manager.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.); or minimum 2 years tax related experience; or equivalent
combination of education and experience required.
- Computer literacy required, including Windows operating system, internet, word processor,
spreadsheet software and at least one major tax preparation software product.
- One or more of the following: Visual Basic, Power Basic, Turbo Basic, Quick Basic,
C or C++. Additional experience with a second programming language is preferred.
- Flexibility with hours during peak season required

Customer Support Representative

The Customer Support Representative (CSR) provides customers and end users with
product and technical support. CSRs answer, evaluate and prioritize incoming telephone,
voice mail, email, fax and live chat requests for assistance from users experiencing
problems with hardware, software, networking and other computer-related technologies
associated with the use of Drake Software.
|
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English or Spanish.
- Basic computer skills necessary to download files & use email and the Internet.
- Positive, friendly, helpful attitude.
- Ability to work peak season hours.

Tax Analysts work with a cross-functional team of programmers and quality assurance
specialists who are responsible for planning and delivery of multiple Drake tax
software products.

Requirements:
- Demonstrated knowledge of tax research products and techniques.
- EA or CPA, or extensive knowledge of tax law.
