Immediate opportunity for an intermediate-level corporate financial accounting professional with multi-business experience across GL reconciliations and financial statement preparation. Will execute intercompany allocations and assist with the preparation of multi-state sales and use tax returns.

Qualifications

Requisite background includes the minimum of an undergraduate Accounting degree coupled with advanced-level Excel skills. MAS 500 experience would prove beneficial is this role. A concurrent multi-business unit corporate background is highly sought.

SEO/SEM Specialist

Description

Lead, develop and execute web media strategies and campaigns across multiple, varied business units. Responsible for monitoring all online brand activity, managing and maintaining efforts on all digital media sites, incorporating SEO/SEM strategies and providing reporting and data analysis. Responsible for the day-to-day media channel management, ongoing tactical development, continual measurement and analysis of media initiatives, as well as assessing media trends and seizing opportunity.

Qualifications

B.S. in a technical discipline or equivalent compensated experience implementing web media technologies, information architecture and SEO/SEM strategies. Experience with online and viral marketing across social media strategy and execution, including blogging and key social and professional media sites. A proficiency with social media platforms and analytics programs, in addition to internet compiler applications, authoring and graphics programs and tools such as Radian6, HootSuite, Tweetdeck, Spredfast, etc. A command of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, keyword searches, site architecture and acquiring back links via Social Media is mandatory. The further ability to write compelling copy while maintaining brand messaging, persuasiveness and readability, coupled with advanced project and time management skills are a must.

Systems Integration Tester

Description

  • Full-time, on-site opportunity within our Web Applications Development group.
  • Full SaaS software systems integration testing responsibilities.
  • Update and execution of all regression, integration, system and SaaS software testing.
  • Coordinate, test, debug, document, validate, and install software testing tasks; both in-house and after production deployment.
  • Assist Analysts in the creation and maintenance of documentation that supports assigned applications.
  • Report all problems found during testing processes and track the status of their resolution.
  • Assist in determining release readiness status of assigned applications based on business and technical considerations.
  • Assist in development and maintenance of business/technical knowledge for assigned applications, and participate in cross-process training to ensure adequate test coverage.

    Qualifications

    Requisite background would include extensive tax return preparation or tax code knowledge.     Software Developers – Tax Applications

    Qualifications

    Requisite background includes a bachelor's degree in an applicable computer science, math or related technical discipline, and two or more years' experience in the development of financial or related business applications using Visual Basic, Power Basic, Turbo Basic or Quick Basic. Additional experience with C++ and C would be very beneficial. The ability and willingness to work sustained hours during our tax season would be required.

    Immediate availability for Tax Analysts to serve within a cross-functional team comprised of Tax Analysts, Software Developers and Quality Assurance, and serve as a point person through every step of the process. Responsibilities range from research to design and through product launch.

    Qualifications

    Requisite Experience − Candidate should have a solid knowledge of tax law, such as that possessed by an Enrolled Agent or CPA. Knowledge of at least one major tax preparation software product is encouraged. A candidate with a unique combination of people skills paired with an aptitude for technology is ideal for this position.

    C++ Developer
