How do I clear EF Message 9148 on my state return?

EF Message 9148 refers to the federal 1099-R screen on the General tab in data entry. If you have entries for state or local distributions or withholding, box 15 is required to indicate to which state the amounts apply.

1099-R

If there is an entry in boxes 14, Payer State Number, 16, 17, 18 then the state code in box 15 is required.
