How do I indicate a "technical termination" for a partnership in Drake Tax?
The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act repealed technical terminations of partnerships starting with taxable years beginning after December 31, 2017. The checkbox Technical Termination is not available on screen 1 after Drake17 due to this change.
