How do I generate a Form 1120-C, U.S. Income Tax for Cooperative Associations?
You can generate an 1120-C within any 1120 return. FAQ P in an 1120 return advises:
Completing Form 1120-C in Drake is much the same as completing Form 1120. Enter all necessary information for Form 1120-C as you would for Form 1120.
Use screen 20C (available from the first "Other Forms" tab of the Data Entry Menu) to enter information that is specific to Form 1120-C. If there are entries on the 20C screen, the program produces an 1120-C return rather than an 1120 return.
You can also select the screen 20C option Select this box for 1120C to force an 1120-C. Screen 20C is on the first Other Forms tab.
Note: The 1120-C is NOT eligible for electronic filing at this time. EF message 0006 generates preventing e-file.
