The Oklahoma website indicates a mailing address for the individual return, Form 511, which is different from what I see in the software. Why does the software close when I try to print the Oklahoma forms?
Drake Software produces the Oklahoma forms with 2D barcodes. The mailing address you see in the software is the correct address for 2D barcoded forms.
Per the Oklahoma Instructions:
"If your return has a separate page with barcodes, it was prepared using computer software utilizing 2-D barcoding. This means your tax information will be processed faster and more accurately and you will see your refund faster! Provide this page with your completed return. The mailing address for 2-D income tax forms is:
Oklahoma Tax Commission
PO Box 26800
Oklahoma City, OK 73126-0800
Note: Any handwritten information will not be captured when a return is processed using the 2-D barcode."
