Presidential Campaign Fund

There is a check box for each the taxpayer and spouse on federal screen 1. Check this box if the taxpayer or spouse wants to designate $3 for the Presidential Election Campaign Fund. The fund also helps pay for pediatric medical research. Electing to designate funds does not affect the return's tax or refund amount.
