OR - EF Message 0255 - Direct Debit Consent



I am receiving OR EF Message 0255 regarding a Direct Debit Consent. How can I clear this message?

OR EF Message 0255 reads:

OR Direct Debit Consent
A PMT screen is present, but the OR direct debit consent has not been marked on the OR direct debit consent screen (DDC).
Review the OR Debit information on the Account Transaction Summary(DD_PMT) before checking the consent box on the OR DDC screen. All other OR EF messages will need to be cleared before the OR Debit information will be shown on the DD_PMT.

This EF Message is produced when there is an electronic payment setup within Drake, but the proper consents have not been marked. To clear this message, return to the OR data entry and open the DDC - OR Direct Debit Consent screen. After reading the disclosure to the client, check the box on this screen to indicate that the taxpayer does authorize the payment to be withdrawn from their bank account.
