e-Filing - Acks Continuing to Show After Processing



When I go to EF > Transmit/Receive > Acks only or EF > Process acks, I see acks for every return processed this year. How do I fix this? 

 

This issue can be caused by an antivirus, commonly Kaspersky, interfering with one of the background files of Drake Tax. To resolve this issue, you will need to configure your antivirus to allow Drake. See Related Links below for the list of files that must be excluded in each year of Drake Tax.
