Arizona Update 39

• Partnership Package:
  • The e-file program has been updated for Form 165, Arizona Partnership Income Tax Return, page 2, Schedule C, Apportionment Formula, line C3f, when using the Standard Apportionment Factor. This update prevents AZ reject 2050: "If line H equals Standard, then Schedule C1c, C2, C3f required (it can be zero, it cannot be blank).; FRM - Apportionment Formula data error or missing for Multistate Corporations Standard."

Iowa Update 35

• Individual, S Corporation, Partnership and Fiduciary Packages:
  • Zero ("0") will now be printed on line e, "Total," in the "Schedule A" section of Form IA 163, Interest Expense Adjustments, and "0" will flow to line 2, "Non-Iowa Partnership Adjustment...." of the form, preventing the parse error elements 'Detail" and "IA163SchA'.

Maryland Update 35

• S Corporation Package:
  • An update prevents the following reject: "HEADER-00190-010 - Should be used only when filing Form 500 Amended, Form 510 Amended, or Form 511 Amended."

New York Update 35

• Corporation and S Corporation Packages:
  • Data entry fields for lines 4a-4d have been added to NY screen 60A. Data entered in the aforementioned fields flows to the corresponding lines on Part 1, Schedule B, of NY Form CT-60, Affiliated Entity Information Schedule.

West Virginia Update 13

• Individual Package:
  • An amount is no longer generated for line 4, "IRAs, pensions and annuities," column C, of WV Schedule A (Form IT-140), Nonresidents/Part-Year Residents Schedule of Income, when the taxpayer is a nonresident of WV and has retirement income with withholdings for WV; a Return Note is now generated for returns meeting the aforementioned criteria.
  • The check box "If taxpayer has WV withholdings but no WV source income, check this box," has been added to WV screen A. Marking this box forces an amount to be generated on line 4, "IRAs, pensions and annuities," column C, of WV Schedule A (Form IT-140), Nonresidents/Part-Year Residents Schedule of Income, allowing nonresidents of WV meeting the aforementioned criteria to e-file WV Schedule A.,
• Fiduciary Package:
  • EF Message 0053 has been removed from the program.
