Fixed fiscal year monthly balance sheet to show January 22 instead of January 21.

Fixed net zero check print so that it would print $0.00 instead of blank.

Corrected error when saving client notes. 

Fixed Vendor Payment Register report not showing state withholding amount. 

Corrected Tax Liability Report displaying incorrect dates based on dates entered. 

Fixed Live Posting automatically posting to the journal even though Generate Accounting Transactions is not marked. 

Corrected Payroll Report by Division not giving the total for each division.
