Corrected balance sheet not calculating correctly with non-level zero Capital acconts.

Corrected budget report duplicating amount totals.

Fixed unhandled exception error in Quick Payments vendor popup.

Corrected blank check in payables still showing $0.00 when printed.

Fixed Profit and Loss reports so percentage is based off of Total Income.
