• The minimum Failure to File penalty is now calculated only when applicable. Prior to this update, certain returns with six-month extensions that were filed after the extended due date but before the 60-day limit were incorrectly subjected to the minimum Failure to File penalty when "Calculate penalties and interest on this return" was selected on screen LATE.
