How can I file Maryland Form 1?
Maryland Form 1 is the Annual Report and Business Personal Property Return that is required to be filed by all Maryland business entities. Form 1 can be filed online through https://egov.maryland.gov/BusinessExpress. Form 1, along with the filing fee, is due by April 15th. An 60-day extension request is available at https://pprextensions.dat.maryland.gov/.
While Form 1 is able to be generated for paper-filing through Drake Tax, it cannot be e-filed through software vendors at this time. The extension form is not eligible for paper-file.
