Corrected check stub deductions and benefits not showing when reprinting check stub.

Corrected KY Form UI-3 incorrectly pulling Unemployment Rate when rate is setup as a percentage in Firm>Rates and Withholding>State>KY>Unemployment rate.

Corrected LA Form 4BC excluding employees exempt from state withholding but not SUTA withholding. 

Removed Watermark from Q2 through Q4 of 941, 941-SS and 941-PR.
