• Common Cities Individual Package
  • The intended amount of excludable dividends now flows to the applicable location on part-year MI common city returns. Preparers must manually enter the resident and nonresident portion of dividends on the following lines (as applicable):
    • Nonresident portion: 
      • Line 3, "Total dividends received while a nonresident (Part-Year Return Only)," on MI Common Form screen 2
    • Resident portion:
      • Line 3, "Ordinary dividends," column C, on MI Common Form screen TC
