Scheduler Reports is used to create reports based on appointments established in the scheduler. Access this tool by selecting Tools > Scheduler > Reports or Reports > Report Manager. The "Report Manager" dialog opens.

 
View Reports


Available reports are:

    • Call List for all Preparers – Choose this report to generate a list of all of the appointments scheduled for all preparers during the chosen date range. Types of data included in the report: Appointment Time, Client Name, Client SSN, Duration of the Appointment, Client Phone Number, and the New Client Indicator.
    • New Client Appointments – Choose this report to generate a list of all appointments for new clients for a particular preparer.  Select a preparer from the drop list. Types of Data include Client Name, Client SSN, and Client Phone.
    • Preparer Appointments – Choose this report to generate a list of all appointments for a preparer. Select a preparer from the drop list. Types of Data include Appointment Time, Client Name, Client SSN, Duration of the Appointment, Client Phone Number, and the New Client Indicator.
    • Preparer Call List  – Choose this report to generate a list of all appointments for a preparer.  Select a preparer from the drop list. Types of data include Appointment Time, Client Name and Client Phone.

 

To run a report, select the needed report and follow these steps:

    1. Click View Report. If the report name is in the report viewer already, the application prompts to overwrite it Yes or No. Click Yes to recreate the report and overwrite the existing file , or no to view the existing report file.
    2. Select the search condition needed and click Continue.
    3. If there is a filter condition, enter the needed information and click Continue. When all conditions are set, data associated with the selected report type and preparer is displayed in the Report Viewer.
    4. Use the opened Report Viewer to print, export, or view the report output.


Printing


The Print feature prints the appointments for the selected date (shown under the Current Calendar Date) in the Appointment Scheduler. Click Print, specify a time range by selecting a Starting Time and Ending Time, and click OK. Results are displayed in the Report Viewer, from which you can print or export the data.


Exporting


The Export feature sends the data for the selected tab to an Excel spreadsheet. To export schedule data directly from the Appointment Scheduler, click Export, specify a time range by selecting a Starting Time and Ending Time, and click OK. Results are displayed in an Excel spreadsheet.
