The Blank Forms window displays a list of all forms available for viewing and printing.

To view or print a form,  choose a form category from the left-hand window.  The available categories are:


    • Federal
    • Organizers
    • Proformas
    • States and Municipalities


The category selected determines the available forms presented within the tabs on the right; Individual, Corporate, Sub S, Partnership, Fiduciary, Tax Exempt, and Estate.



Note

States and Municipalities are not available until the January 1st release of the software.



Viewing and Printing Forms


To view or print forms:


    1. Select Tools > Blank Forms.
    2. Select the Category.
    3. Click once on the form name to select the form. To select multiple forms, press CTRL to select forms not in consecutive order; press SHIFT and use UP ARROW  or DOWN ARROW  to select forms in consecutive order.
    4. Choose View or Print as desired:  View displays each form in order of selection (simply close one form screen to go to the next) and Print begins the print process by opening the "Print" dialog to the user.


Finding Forms


To find a form:


    1. Go to Tools > Blank Forms.
    2. Click Search.  The "Form Search" dialog box opens.
    3. Enter the text for which you want to search.
    4. Click Search. A Search Results tab is created in which forms containing text matching the search text are listed.



Note

To view, print, or find a state form, the state must be installed. To install states, insert the current tax year's 2nd shipment CD-ROM or access the Drake Support, Download Center and install using the current year's download.
