The Report Viewer allows viewing, printing and exporting of reports that have already been created. To access previously requested reports in the viewer, select Reports > Report Viewer.


The Report Viewer divides reports into tabbed categories


    • Standard Reports – Lists reports generated within the Report Manager, Scheduler, Preparer List, Firm List, etc.
    • Bank Ack Reports – Lists bank acknowledgements processed.
    • EF Selection Reports – Lists e-filing reports processed.
    • Transmission Reports –  Lists transmission reports processed.
    • Release Notes – Lists the notes added during the update process.

 

When the Report Viewer is displayed, each tabbed section displays reports previously generated for its represented category. Each tab includes the following information for each listed report:  The Report Name, Date (generated), and Report Description. If you have not generated any reports, the tab(s) is blank.


Viewing and Printing Reports


    1. Click the report to be viewed or printed.
    2. Click View or Print.
    3. The Report Viewer with the requested report is opened. From here, you will be able to print, view, and export the report results as needed.


Refresh


This toolbar option refreshes the list for the displayed category. Refreshing a list updates and add items to reflect changes made since first displaying the Report Viewer.


Deleting Reports


    1. Click the report to be deleted.
    2. Press DELETE. The application prompts you to confirm the delete action.
    3. Click Yes to continue or No to stop the delete action.
