This label selection prints state mailing address labels.


    1. Ensure that label sheets are correctly loaded into the printer.
    2. From the Home window, go to Tools > Letters > Mailing Labels.
    3. Select State "mail to" address from the available drop list.
    4. Select the state from the available drop list.
    5. Select the return type from the available drop list.
    6. Click Next.
    7. The selected state's address is displayed.
    8. Click Next.
    9. Position the mailing labels as needed.
    10. Click Finish after the program has scanned the files.
    11. Click Print.
