Copy EF Returns to Disk copies both the data file and the calculated file to an alternate drive, diskette, USB device, etc.

    1. Select EF > Copy EF Returns to Disk
    2. The EF Return Selector opens. Only returns with an existing print file are listed. If a return to be copied is not in the list, recalculate the return.
    3. Select returns to copy.  You can choose Select All and Unselect All for quicker copy selections.
    4. Click Continue
    5. The "Copy EF Returns to Disk" dialog box opens.
    6. Use the Select Drive drop list to choose the destination to which to copy the files.
    7. Click Copy Files. Files are copied to the chosen destination.

 


Warning: There is a risk of file corruption if the USB drive, or other removable media is removed before copying is finished.
