This feature provides a way to establish how many copies of each form print in each different set.

  

Setup the Option


    1. Go to Setup > Printing > Printer Setup > Sets.  
    2. The "Copies per Set" dialog box opens.
    3. Select a Form Category or choose a State.
      • 1040 Forms
      • 1120 Forms
      • 1120S Forms
      • 1065 Forms
      • 1041 Forms
      • 706 Forms
      • 990 Forms
      • State
    1. Double-click a Form Number in the list displayed for the selected category. The selected item's number of copies for EF Signature, Est/Ext, Client, Preparer, Federal, and K-1 appear.
    2. Modify the number of copies for any combination or all of the items.
    3. Click Update. The program stores these changes.
    4. Continue editing copy counts associated with the selected Category.
    5. Click Save when you are done to save all changes made to the form numbers. 
    6. Click Exit or press ESC to leave the window without saving your changes.
