I have printed the "Need to Know" sheet but I have message 5651, which tells me to print bank documents. Why am I still seeing a red message?

5651 Print Required Message:
All bank documents have to be printed and signed by the customer before return can be transmitted
In addition to printing the "Need to Know" sheet, you must print all bank documents to clear the message:
Document names may vary depending on the bank product provider.
