How can I get my firm name and address to have all capital letters on my letter in View/Print mode?
The firm name and address displayed on the letter flow from the firm information in Setup > Firm(s).
Edit the information in the setup screen for your firm using all capital letters in the Firm name, Address, City, and St fields to have it appear in all caps on the letter.
