Corrected Avery mailing labels not printing correctly.

Corrected Unhandled Exception displaying on Transmit 1099 e-File screen.

Corrected form MD MW508 form pulling the Agent EIN instead of the client EIN.  

Corrected e-File showing "Acknowledgement not found" for over a day. 

Corrected Form W2 not zero filling and creating error "File contains multiple employer records" when uploading to the state of Alabama.

Corrected 1099-MISC being rejected due to IL being no longer a part of combined 1099 e-filing.

TASK

Added the ability for the user to "Refresh Acks" for Forms 94x.
