The IRS has informed us of an issue with first-quarter Form 941 filings that have a Schedule B tax liability amount recorded on February 29, 2024, resulting in filings being rejected.
The IRS is actively working on a solution and expects to resolve the issue by April 8, 2024. Please note that no action is required from you at this time. Once the IRS has implemented the solution, Drake Software will resubmit all affected filings; there is no need for you to resubmit them.
