I am trying to print labels for my clients but not all of the names are producing labels. Why would some clients be missing?
Mailing labels use the same list of clients as those generated in the Report Manager. Any search conditions added to the filter may affect your results.
To check the filter in place, from the Tools menu select Client Communications and then Mailing Labels. Select Client addresses and click Next.
When the Mailing Labels Filter Selection window appears, click Edit Filters under the Select a filter section.
Choose the filter you selected from the Available Filters section, such as All Individual (1040) Clients. At the right check to be sure you do not have additional search conditions entered. Delete any that may affect the results you were expecting.
Note: Password protected files do not produce labels for printing unless the Setup > Options > Administrative Options > Include password protected returns in reports (ADMIN ONLY) option has been selected by the ADMIN.
