How do I access items A, B and C at the top of Form 8941?
New lines were added by the IRS to determine if an employer provided health insurance coverage for its employees as mandated by the Affordable Care Act, and to determine if the business is eligible to use Form 8941.
Open the 8941 screen, located on the Health Care tab in data entry. It is also available on the second Credits tab in data entry. The questions are located at the bottom of the screen.
