DAS22 Update - 2.12.0.0

BUGS

Corrected an issue that occurred when previewing a Receivables Invoice while a report template was being used.
Corrected formatting and calculation issues with the Budget and Interim Reports.
Corrected an issue with the custom P&L Report title not overriding the title of the Two Column YTD Report.
Removed the Change Column from the Two Column YTD Report.
