• Corporation Package:
  • Form IA1120 has been approved for e-file, and IA EF Message 0005 has been removed.
• Fiduciary Package:
  • Form IA1041 has been approved for e-file.

New Mexico Update 6

• Individual Package:
  • "Check this box if you would like to see...," is now marked on page 2 of NM Form PIT-1 when the corresponding check box is selected on NM screen 1.

New York Update 10

• Individual Package:
  • An EF Message is now produced when an invalid code has been entered in the "TSJ" field on NY screens 360A, 3360B, or 360C.
  • EF Message 323 is no longer produced when NY Form IT-360.1 is present in the return unless:
  • NY Form IT-360 Column B is greater than:
    • $187,900 with a Married Filing Separate filing status
    • $313,200 with a Single filing status
    • $344,500 with a Head of Household filing status
    • $375,850 with a Married Filing Jointly or Qualified Widow filing status
  • Taxpayer is taking the itemized deduction for NYC purposes
• Individual, Partnership, and Fiduciary Packages:
  • EF Messages 323 and 195 are no longer produced when NY Form IT-212 is present in the return.
• Individual Package:
  • The amount on line 21, "Medical and dental expenses," column A, of NY Form IT-360.1 is now limited to the total medical expense deduction taken on line 4 of NY Form IT-196.
  • EF Message 323 is no longer produced when NY Form IT-255 is present in the return.
  • The amount produced on line 9b, "If you paid 2022 expenses in 2023..," of federal Form 2441 now flows as intended to line 11 of NY Form IT-216.
