10583: Getting Updates - Error Message or 0 Bytes

Firewalls, Antiviruses, etc.

When I try to update Drake Tax, the updates are 0 bytes in size, or I get message telling me make a screenshot and contact Drake Support.


This may be caused by a firewall interfering with the connection between your computer and the Drake Software servers. If so, the problem can be resolved by adjusting the firewall to allow access to this Drake  address:
