12858: Changing the Text of the Appointment Email for the Scheduler


How do I change the text of the email sent from the Scheduler to remind my client of his/her appointment?

Go to Setup > Communications Editor.

Under Open select the Individual letters.

From the list of individual letters select the Individual Scheduled Appointment Reminder.

The letter should appear in the window to the right.

Edit as needed, including adding or removing keywords.

Click Save when finished to save your changes. Click OK.

Click Exit.
