Drake Accounting®: What are the reports under Transaction Listings in Reports?

 

Transaction Listing reports are based on transactions for periods that have been entered in Accounting > Transactions.

Listing Report

This report displays posted or unposted transactions for all journals through the selected report date.  The total debit and credit amounts of the listed transactions are also included.  To run the report, go to Accounting > Reports (Crystal Reports® in DAS21 and prior) > Transaction Listings > Listing, select the Journal to report on, and the report date.  You have the option to display the report in wide screen view.  

 

By Reconciled Type Report

This report displays transactions for the selected reconciled type (Cleared, Outstanding, In TransitVoid, or Unmarked).  A Bank Reconciliation must be run prior to running this report.  To run the report, go to Accounting > Reports (Crystal Reports® in DAS21 and prior) > Transaction Listings > By Reconciliation Type, and select to display any combination of posted or unposted.​
