Why am I getting EF Message 0120 on this D-40 return?
The District of Columbia requires residents to have qualifying health coverage, or an exemption. Otherwise, they must pay a DC Health Care Shared Responsibility payment. To clear EF Message 0120, complete the DC > HSR and/or DC > HSR2 screen(s), depending on the coverage maintained by the household. Note that federal entries on the HC screen are not carried to DC.
