12743: eSign Message - Not Using Signature Pad

I am receiving an eSign Error Message, but I do not use a signature pad.
Even if you are not set up to use a signature pad, you may see a red eSign message such as the one shown below:

To globally remove this message, go to Setup > Options > EF and remove the check from the box titled Require E-Signatures on all electronically signable forms.

This message can also be removed from a single return by marking the checkbox on the EF Selections data entry screen > e-Signature NOT required on this return box.

Note that this message is NOT cleared when signatures are gathered with the use of Drake Portals eSign Online.
