I need to file an OH form 4708 Composite Tax return for my non-resident shareholders/partners. How do I got these forms to produce?
To produce the 4708 Forms, go to the States tab > OH > Composite Tax tab or Withholding Tax tab > K1 - Shareholder/Partner Information screen. Create an instance of this screen for each non-resident shareholder/partner that you want to include on Form 4708 and select the Shareholder/Partner elects to file with composite return IT-4708 check box.
Form 4708, pages 1-7 will produce in View/Print mode. Use the screens located on OH > Composite Tax tab to make any necessary edits to the forms.
Note: A separate EF Message will produce in View/Print mode for Form 4708-specific messages that need to be cleared before Form 4708 can be e-filed.
