11512: CA - Amended 565 Partnership or 568 LLC Return

Before you amend, you may want to archive the return as it currently exists so that the original return is preserved.

To archive the return:

1. Go to View/Print mode in the return.
2. At the top, select Archive Client Return from the Documents drop list.
3. Enter a name that describes the return, such as Original Return or Return as E-filed.

The return is now archived and available for restoration if necessary.

To produce the amended return on the CA 565 or CA 568, select Amended Return under line G on federal screen 1 (Name, Address, and General Info.).

Complete the amended return as necessary.
