How can I check the status of Drake Software’s online services, including Support, e-filing, acknowledgements, and bank processes?

Go to the Drake Software Status page online:

There are three ways to access the Drake Status Page:

  • On the Home window of the software. Select Drake Status Page from the bottom of the Help menu drop list.
  • Log in to the Support website. Click on the Support option on the left side of the screen, then select Drake Software Status.
  • Use this link: www.DrakeStatus.com.
