Is there a way for me to know if there is something affecting transmissions or other services without having to go out to the Drake Support website?
Beginning with Drake15, an Alerts section has been added to the HOME page of the software to keep you up to date regarding the status of Drake Software’s system. You might see something like this:

Alerts are refreshed every 15 minutes. Your system must be connected to the Internet for this feature to work.
Alerts are posted if something changes that could affect your business, such as announcements of delays in e-filing, return acknowledgements, or events that may affect your ability to contact Drake Software Support or online services.
